Rundown and definitely not worth the price
Very small uncomfortable room...peeling paint, filthy chairs, terrible lighting. Cobwebs hangings outside building, outside very unkept, cigarette butts and trash everywhere.
Good for the money, worked fine for us, dont expect the "breakfast"
Room was clean and somewhat functional. Lack of closets so there was a standalone cabinet set up to use as a closet to compensate for it. Bathroom was adequate, beds were comfortable.
They offer a breakfast at the "cafe" next door. This would be fine and dandy however when you go to the cafe its a 45 minute wait to be seated because there are only 8ish tables in the place. Good way of not having to really offer breakfast. The lack of closet was made up by putting in a cabinet to use, however this takes up room in an already small environment. Made sink use a little tight and my wife ended up getting ready in the small bathroom using the mirror because there wasnt much room at the sink to move around.
Comfortable, Peaceful, and Clean - Make Sure You Have Your Beach Pass
I pay attention to detail, so I liked that the velvet chairs in our rooms were wiped down and cleaned. The free breakfast was a nice set up through the restaurant next door, because it was sit down and order style. Everything was within walking distance, so we saved money on gas.
I pay attention to detail, so I didn't like how there was some mold in the bathtub - grossed me out. The free breakfast wasn't really free because you still have to tip for the service. Sort of felt like we were ambushed because the process didn't get explained until we're seated with the menus in front of us. Everything was within walking distance, but we if we wanted to access the beach, we had to carry a 5 by 7 flyer looking pass to enter. When we walked down to the beach to watch the sunset, we forgot our piece of paper pass and they refused to let us in. We explained that we had our room key for verification and if we walked back to the hotel to get our pass, we'd miss the sunset. We were still denied access and missed the sunset.
Location was amazing. Central to the beach and Heavenly village. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Dirty rooms, roches , and dirty pillows
great location, breakfast included, comfortable bed
unfriendly staff, esp. reception, and throughout our stay, we encountered a few problems
Well-located close to the hustle and bustle of the casinos and the Heavenly gondola but far enough away to quiet. Nice rooms but not de luxe.
Two-night minimum stay for weekends.
Great for me and the kids in a pinch
Free full breakfast included in hotel stay was a great perk. Clean, safe, small, inexpensive when you just need a simple place to stay for a night or two.
Backed up tub drain
The 24/7 warm pool and hot tub area is amazing especially when swimming late night. :) Servicing was excellent from facility cleaniness to customer care. I thought I paid a lot for the one night value but it worth every penny!
Bed sizes were full and not queen. We were a family of 4 tall people and it was not very comfortable for 2 people in one full size bed. Queen size would be good if possible!
