The property is a close 5 minute walk to the beach and then there is a long paved walk along the beach. during the summer or peak tourist season there are some snack bars close by, but not while we were there.
Restaurants at this time of year are. only available in the center of town, which is a 5 - 10 minute drive away.

Quite nice place to stay with family or friends. Clean little apartment on a ground floor with kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. What else do you need. Very close to Balaton a beautiful lake. Highly recommended!!!!

Location is good. It's easy to find, it's very close to the lake/beach, but not so close to the city center. Apartment was very clean in general. Everything inside apartment is almost new (bed, kitchen elements, desk and chairs, toilet elements etc). Honestly, we wasn't expecting that, and we were quite surprised when we entered apartment. Bed is also very very large and comfortable. It was very pleasent.
When we came (and we came within announced period of time) there wasn't anyone on the reception that speaks english. That wasn't problem at all, we understood each other easily even without words, but it feels strange since english is advertised as spoken language in this guesthouse. Second thing that we didn't like is that we could see traces of cleaning all across front doors of kitchen elements. Beside that, everything was perfectly clean.

Fantastic location, the beach is lovely and not overcrowded, wonderful atmosphere. Hosts are very nice. It’s convenient that u can cook - there is a kitchen, u can eat inside, and also there is a terrace outside.
Bedding could be changed, uncomfortable to sleep.

Close to the lake
Too far away from any proper shop. If you don’t have a car I wouldn’t recommend it. The house lady’s made us feel uncomfortable as whenever we sit outside or wanted to use the kitchen we always felt that we are not really welcomed. Polish people were awfully noisy from early in the morning till late at night. Kids playing ball games and hardly can sleep. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are filthy as we took the pillow case off and the pillows were brown from dirt. When we used one of the bowl from the kitchen, we got told off to use it as apparently it was for the stuff, that we didn’t pay attention to it. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we felt very unwelcome. Another time when we were coming out of our room, the cleaning ladys were mopping the floor and they were rolling their eyes on us as we walked through their moped floor. We go to Balaton Lake every summer but we will never return to this place again.
