When I left.
The guy next door snoring all night, sticky floors, and expensive price! They added 17% gratuity on top of the Bookings.com price.
This is not a 4 stars hotel.
The restaurant was open until late which was great as we arrived very late into Singapore. There were quite a few eating places adjacent to the hotel.
Had booked a 'Superior Double' room via Booking.com and had a tiny room with one small double bed pressed up against one side of the room (I had to climb across my husband to get into bed and then felt quite claustrophobic as my nose was virtually against the side wall. The room was tiny . We only had small carry on suitcases and there was extremely limited room to place them. We requested a non smoking room and floor, however the towels stunk of cigarette smoke. The card to operate the lift card did not work and continually frustrated the hotel guests we shared the lift with. When we complained to management about the size of the room, stinky towels, and malfunctioning lift, they did not acknowledge our concerns nor did they apologise!
I liked this hotel when i left it
the checkin was a shambles they gave us the wrong room the sheets where dirty, the room was a smoking room and neither my wife or i do not smoke, the check out was a shambles too as they had taken too much money off of my card and had to contact us at a later point to confirm they had refunded my card.
