Super convenient to Orchard Road. Nice large pool area and seating area adjacent to the pool. No frills though. Just basic pool. Kind staff. After a complaint received an appropriate follow up.
Used soap and trash in my shower. Obviously this was left from the previous guest. Unfortunately, during my stay, the hotel was advertising how dedicated they were to cleanliness and sanitising all the rooms. Not sure if the used soap counts as being sanitary. The gym was also an issue with the base of the elliptical machines covered in hair. Pretty yucky. The General Manager was not in the hotel when I complained so spoke to the housekeeping manager who took my complaint very seriously and followed up with me later on.

Location
I booked a family room for 4 persons, the room we got was very small for 4 persons, I asked for a lager room which they offered for additional 200 $ per night but I wasn’t willing to pay.
