    Comfortable bed and location close to historic center.

    Room was narrower than expected. But was not a problem overall.

    Great location. Right in the middle of the Santa Cruz district within walking distance to everything. Sant Cruz area is georgeous.

    AC was turned off while out and blows right on bed when on. Food at the restaurants in the area was mediocre and over priced.

    The receptionist that helped us when we arrived was excellent and really welcoming. We got upgraded to a small apartment with a private roof terrace and a view out onto one of the squares of Santa Cruz.

    The entrance to the apartments was a bit unpleasant.

    The night reception person, Salwa went out of her way to help us with a problem concerning clothing left at a previously stayed at hotel.

    Our room was right on the passage way so it was often noisy but it was close to sites.

    The front desk was uniformly very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic for exploring the city.

    The rooms are bit on the small side. Some tea/coffee-making facilities would have been welcome.
