The location, the staff was really nice.
Not a lot of parking, just mediocre environment, just somewhere to sleep, take a shower, and leave. Why isn't very inviting to want to stay and relax.
Great location. Reasonable amount of free parking. Courteous hotel staff. Ethernet Internet (but see con). Good desk, lighting, and bed. Good refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Reasonably quiet. Low price.
No soaps or towels in room, had to go get them at office. Very slow Wi-Fi Internet. Unreliable Ethernet Internet. Could be cleaner.
The staff was great. Himanshu was a customer service wizard. Super friendly and helpful and professional. The motel itself isn't awesome. Kinda run down. No ice machine but Himanshu and the other man working the front desk would bring ice twice a day so I could ice my knee following knee surgery. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff.
Shabby rooms, no towel service. tub wasn't clean when I checked in. TV didn't work. No personal key for the room. They only had the master so they'd have to let me in. That being said, they were awesome about it and it wasn't a huge deal. Again, the staff made all the difference.
The staff are very pleasant. I felt safe and in good hands while there. I will definitely be staying again!
The staff was kind, friendly, and attentive with customer support. Awesome service! The parking
The parking spaces too narrow
