Location and staff
Cleanliness, elivators smells, carpet in the elevator is torn up. Hotel is used and was never remodeled.
Do not stay!
Close to the airport
On the website it was stated FREE PARKING - We were charged $10.95 per night, the staff said ''Take it with Expedia''. Rooms are not clean!
Friendly staff, clean rooms
Staff was friendly and helpful. There were no rooms ready when I arrived so the front desk gave me a voucher for Houlihans (restaurant at the hotel) while I waited. Super helpful in setting me up for my follow on visit.
Pricey for a basic room, but I guess that's San Francisco.
Location very near to airport
No choice available for vegetarians for breakfast which cannot be eaten for more than 2 days at a stretch.
Bad service and an issue with the room keys everyday
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The whole hotel smelled funny. It smelled like a Vegas casino floor with the smell of smoke and an air freshener to cover it up. Also, they charge nightly for parking when they have plenty of parking on the property. We had trouble with the TV in the room. I don't think I would ever stay here again.
close to airport
Just a place to crash for early flights, etc. near
Bed was comfortable. That's about it.
Staff was not at reception. Had to wait a while for them to come out. Loud crowd at the Houlahan's adjacent to hotel.
Terrible wifi. Couldn't get anything done work wise. Nice staff.
Pleased with our stay
My boyfriend and I visited for the weekend & we were pleased with everything. We spent all the days downtown so we took advantage of the shuttle to and from the airport to take the BART. The shuttle service was convenient & of course free (with the exception of tips). I was able to check in through the kayak site and give my preferences for my room. I actually got what I wanted and they even had a room ready earlier than check in.
One of the front desk ladies said that I couldn't add my IHG membership # to my stay because it was booked on something other than the holiday inn site. I of course asked again at check out and it seemed to have worked just fine. Had I not asked again and taken the first lady's word, I would've missed out on 3 days worth of points.
Very convenient to the airport with a very convenient shuttle. Checking in and out was quick and efficient.
The towels are getting a bit old and tired (aren't we all?) and the hallway (ground floor) needed to be vacuumed. Also, the toilet was very noisy when re-filling.
slow internet noisy
