Pros: Crew was great and kept us hydrated. Good free movies and nice Hawaii tv selections. Love the Hawaiian cooking show selections.

Cons: In seat monitor was a little loos and would slide out of position when watching it. Breakfast sandwich was free but the egg was a little grainy.

Cons: We should have been told in Boston that we need visa to Australia, not an hour and a half before the flight

Pros: Have flown most carriers to Australia and NZ. Air NZ by far the best. I mean, I am flying cattle class, so its never going to be great. However, compared to the other carriers available, the seats are the most comfortable and have more legroom. If you can afford their sky couch, do so. Food is edible (and, to me, most airlines are not) and was nice to get WiFI all the way across for just a few air points.

Cons: Would be nice if the seats had a foot rest, but this particular 777 did not. I have short legs.

Cons: Asked for an isle seat; was stuck in the middle. Way to long of a flight for that

Cons: Would have been more exciting to land early if our gate was ready. Better to wait on the ground than their air I guess but after 11 hours on a plane the last thing you want to do is wait longer. Realize that's on the airport and not the airline, although there should be communication there.
