Pros: The price and ease of use to buy the tickets were amazing.

Cons: I bought travel insurance to ensure that if anything came up, the trip would be covered. Because of the fire in Australia and my asthma, my doctor recommended I no longer go on the trip. With my doctor's note, we were able to get a full refund on our airBnB rentals, but not on our flights. Turns out the travel insurance doesn't cover natural disasters and pre-existing conditions. It only covered if I got a disease right now and my doctor said I couldn't travel now. When we bought the tickets, the fires weren't drastically destroying much of the country's landscape and the air quality. I was still able to cancel the trip, but I only got $358 back from my $758 travel payment, and it cost me $100 processing fee. I pretty much only got $258 back. I also paid $50 for travel insurance that didn't really cover anything. I don't think I'm ever going to buy travel insurance ever again. It is what it is, and my health is more important than money...but still...

Cons: The delay was out of there hands and other passengers did not listen to instructions So not there fault really

Pros: Business class seats require improvement

Cons: Plane was delayed. Second Virgin flight in a row for me.

Cons: Waive change fees

Cons: Food was very poor. No snacks.

Pros: The temperature was comfortable. I liked the movies provided.

Cons: I didn't like having to use my own device for on flight entertainment. My phone is too small for the space provided making it a little awkward to watch a movie. I also felt very cramped and didn't know there wouldn't be a window in the seat ahead of the emergency exit row. Also, I have food allergies so the food provided I could not eat. The main meal hit 2 major allergens (wheat and eggs) and even the first snack, potato chips, had wheat in them!

Cons: More leg room.

Pros: Lovely cabin crew.

Cons: So little leg room in economy! When the very large man in front of me put his seat back, It nearly hit me in the face!

Cons: Airlines waste a lot of time and money preparing food that is mediocre at best. Just offering simple orange juice , tea coffee and a muffin to keep people going would be better as it's such a short flight.

Pros: Great and attentive crew. Solid in-flight entertainment. Pilots got us to destination 20 mins early!

Cons: 1) It's pretty standard to offer a small toiletries pack (eg. Eyecover, toothbrush/paste, etc) on long-haul flights for other airlines. 2) Felt ripped off paying $50 for "preferred economy" seats that looked/felt identical to standard economy seats. Should be marketed as just priority boarding.

Pros: The cabin crew was friendly, helpful and good humored. The in-flight video and audio choices were outstanding. Meals were good but not outstanding.

Cons: I suppose it is good marketing to make you walk past the amazing seats in business/premier class on your way past "Premium Economy" back to economy class on the Boeing 777 -- but it did make me wish I had a few thousand dollars to throw away on 13 hours of being pampered. Economy seats are pretty narrow. I am of average size and I was often bumping and being bumped by the passenger in the adjacent seat as well as by people walking up and down the aisle.
