Cons: No plugs for laptops, 14 hour flight and no way to work is terrible, luggage took to long to come out and made it so I missed the connecting flight, have to stay at the airport for 5 extra hours - and terrible service with dealing with it and getting my family on the next flight -

Pros: Crew very very slow serving meal.

Pros: Despite the delay, bording was quick and efficient, crew were welcoming

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Pros: Crew was nice and friendly

Cons: The economy seats in an A321 are uncomfortable and there is very limited legroom.

Cons: We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!

Cons: Bag drop was a mess in flight was great

Cons: Very comfy seats! Quick boarding process. Nice flight

Cons: Flight was late and Sydney departures chaotic AND CROWDED

Pros: Included check-in baggage

Cons: Food options on the menu are very limited

Cons: Computer system crashed. Not enough agents working at check in. We waited in line 1 hour just to drop off bags. Very frustrating.

Pros: No delays!

Cons: I noticed some travellers confused by gate changes, I suspect this is due to a lack of attention on their behalf but clearly the messages hadn't gotten through.

Pros: Crew was friendly!

Cons: Seats not too comfortable but okay. Crew checking the boarding pass if you are already on board is a nuisance!
