Pros: The flight boarded and left on time. A good variety of movies and tv shows to entertain all ages.

Cons: The bathrooms needed to be restocked with towels and toilet paper.

Pros: Amazing crew , both ground and in fligbt

Pros: Nice crew, direct flight to LAX.

Cons: Philippines Airlines has two things it could improve on: one is the food, which is probably the worst of any airline I’ve flown on in recent years. But the thing that is most problematic is that it is not a member of any alliance. I live in Manila, but only for a year or two, so would be nice for those miles to be transferable. If PAL didn’t have the only direct flight from Manila to LAX, I would avoid the airline altogether for long international flights.

Cons: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Cons: Please make an announcement to passengers to not be dismissive if their surroundings. Passenger in front of me was has no regard for people behind him. Kept throwing himself in seat aggressively which cause water/food on trail to fall over. Thanks
