Like the hot tub.
The chair to the desk was torn.
Lots of smokers outside the doors
Quiet little place
Nice size rooms
Great value for price.
I liked that the room included a mini fridge and microwave, in addition to the coffee maker. I also liked that they had an all you can eat breakfast the next morning. And although I didn’t use i, I appreciated their having a gym room.
I didn’t like that while walking on my socks I felt the floor wet. Also, the bed sheets could have been cleaner. There was something dried up sticking to the top sheet.

This place needs major TLC
Staff was friendly and kind and highly accommodating. Great location.
Smelled like marijuana. Carpet needs replacing, hotel staff told me this. Walls are paper thin. Not enough parking spaces. Cleaning crew is inconsistent. Wall heater went out multiple times. Shower water temperature can not be adjusted.
Kind of a scary area. Clientele a little scary too
Not the nicest, but comfortable and a good value.
Our room on the top floor was beautiful, and perfectly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was A+ for our event at the Grand Sierra. For the money, it was a great option for us!
There was a little spotting on the bathrooms walls. Our room was missing a shower curtain when we got there, though the front desk was quick to fix it once we brought it to their attention. Overall the building seemed pretty old with some surface issues.
Dilapidated, poorly maintained, needing refurbishe
Service with a smile most of the time. Business/meeting room available. Nice location near the hospital, airport, freeways which makes it convenient.
Not enough parking available. Our "disabled access" room didn't have an easy-access shower/bath. Poorly maintained (lights burned out or missing bulbs, water leaking into our room from the floor above, cable tv not working, a lamp and the coffee maker were not plugged in). The entire interior needs a refresh from the hallways to the carpets to the rooms.
Hair all over the bed sheets.
Little black curly hairs were all over the bed sheets. I complained to the front desk and they switched us over to the quality inn, which is right in the same parking lot and apparently owned by the same company.
Too little for money
Smelled like smoke
