Beautiful resort great staff
Amazing resort, but hands down the The staff definitely made this experience amazing! Super accommodating, eager to go above & beyond. Took my boyfriend for his birthday & he felt like a king. Jose Minaya was helpful the entire trip, he showed us around, was our personal driver & on the last day he even surprised us with a bottle of wine. On my boyfriends actual birthday while we were at dinner, the maids came in & decorated our room with rose petals, balloons, & set up the jacuzzi with bubbles with champagne waiting! Beautiful surprise. Out by the pool, we met Domingo, who was so friendly & escorted us to a personal bed by the water. He brought us drinks & even offered to bring us food. The property itself is beautiful & the experience was great, but hands down the staff went above & beyond! Very grateful

Located in Punta Cana, the resort sits on the stunning Bavaro Beach. Guests will be able to enjoy the many facilities offered by the resort such as nine swimming pools, Yhi Spa, Palma Real Shopping Village, a fully equipped gym, seven tennis courts, one basketball court, a casino, and business centers. For guests who enjoy recreational activities, the resort has that covered. Guests can practice their swing at the Green Fees at Cocotal Golf and Country Club, while younger visitors will have a ball at the Splash Water Park and Kids Club. The resort also offers an array of activities such as Latin dance classes, aerobics, cultural workshops, water activities, team sports and fitness classes.
Accommodations consist of rooms and suites and are luxuriously decorated with sophisticated furnishings. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, minibar, alarm clock, and free toiletries.

“Since I travel with my family and used different rooms depending on the size of the group during the period I stayed, here is the summary of my whole stay: Kudos to the people that work there. Staff was really nice and friendly and willing to accommodate your request. Premises are beautiful. Extensive green areas with plenty of vegetation and tons of palm trees. There are several swimming pools. We stayed at The Level which has a nice private pool. There is also a pool for small children, which was nice too. The beach areas were beautiful with bar service and food. Golf carts take you anywhere you want to go within the complex. Villas were modern and nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean. Bathrobe and sleepers were comfy. The A/C works really well. SPA area at The Level Adults only was really beautiful. I only wish they would pamper you more (like offering tea before or after your massage). There was a lot of food with several buffet restaurants where you have a lot of choices available. But you need be careful with you food choice.”
