Food was actually pretty good! Staff was very friendly. They helped us with exchanging our money $, needing clean water, questions about whereabouts, and were always very kind. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Location was a little far from downtown PR, but still close enough to some cool spots. But when it's all inclusive, it's hard to want to leave! It's a little out-dated, but it almost brought more charm :)
The location is great. The view from my room was great especially when the sunsets/sunrises were extraordinary. I had a premium ocean room view room. The beach was nice and quiet. A lot was within walking distance. Uber is very affordable.
The food overall was not the best. I was ok with it (edible enough for me to eat it), but was not tasty at all. Also, I don't think it's ideal for couples/adults only trips. There are way too many kids at the resort. The cleaning staff is amazing. Some of the staff at the front desk was either fabulous, while other was rude and not helpful at all. Also, I was promised premium wifi and that was NOT the case. It was very slow at times. Having vendors on the resort beach was not the most pleasant experience but I understand they are trying to do their thing as well.
The beach and the snack barrrr. Not many shows after 6 pm. Just one.
The stuff was very friendly and attentive. The food and the drinks are good, especially the breakfast is amazing. There is a good selection of almost everything. We had a great time at this hotel and I can definitely recommend it.
The furnishing is a bit old but everything is in a good constitution.
The location is pretty cool 10 minute walk to Marina shops and restaurants. View from my room was great
At an all inclusive resort the food is half of what you’re paying for in my opinion. Food here is edible at best there were a few dishes I liked and that was about it and everything tasted old. The room was half cleaned, just all the nooks and crannies and corners were dirty as hell. Sink cracked in multiple places, And I could swear that they did not change the sheets I don’t know, but I do know that the comforter was stained. And after they changed my linens on my bed it felt different than when I first got there, clean, because I stripped the bed myself for room service. Gym onsite here is run down. I did not know you were not allowed to have guests in your room or on the property and limited my stay and enjoyment here bringing people over that I met. I spent some time away from this place because I cannot bring people here. If you’re looking for a family friendly place this might be good as they were tons of little kids, not exactly what I was looking for on my Puerto Vallarta get away. In all this hotel is dated the rooms are dated. I would say half of the staff was rude. The food out by the pool is terrible absolutely terrible. If you want a good location But don’t expect much from the hotel or the food this would probably be good for you. I will not be staying here again for any reason.
