Pretty much what you would expect from an older Quality Inn
- Convenient location to the Pitt campus for graduation weekend - Panera located in the same building was very good for breakfast - Room was clean - Glad there was a separate sink outside of the bathroom which was helpful for more than one person getting ready at a time - All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful - Parking included which is very nice around the Pitt campus area, as it would have been nearly impossible to park on the street, or expensive in a lot. This made up for there being no breakfast included - Hotel was quiet for us (we were on a higher floor so I'm sure that helped)
- Rooms need an overhaul - age is starting to show... our sliding door to the balcony would not close completely, letting in cold air at night. Caulking in the bathroom was crumbling... it just looked like the room had been patched up over and over again - Beds were uncomfortable. Way too soft so we both had achy backs in the morning
Good location and convenience to Panera on premises (when it's open)
Ill-prepared staff and ragged on the edges interiors. Limited van service. Erratic magnetic keys. Non-existent lobby and difficult to find entrance. Rooms need complete remodel
It was smelly but had a balcony so it evened out
Free parking! Good location for concert at Petersen Center. Gave me free cookies and won a $5 gift card to Pamela's Diner up the road. AMAZING BREAKFAST! Staff were awesome! Safe neighborhood.
Pillows were square instead of rectangle. Shuttle service only runs on the hour, so didn't even use it when that's the reason I got it. But I was walking distance to concert, even at night.
It was nice. I like that Panera is on the 1st floor. So breakfast is fast.
Clean and convenient
Convenient location for medical appointments at UPMC. Room clean and quiet. Nice having Panera Bread in the building.
location, fairly clean, convenient to panera bread
outdated, drafty windows, lots of street noise
location and access to panera bread
The was not a non smoking room available
