Cons: The food was ok

Pros: Crew was great and kept us hydrated. Good free movies and nice Hawaii tv selections. Love the Hawaiian cooking show selections.

Cons: In seat monitor was a little loos and would slide out of position when watching it. Breakfast sandwich was free but the egg was a little grainy.

Pros: Good flight, good accommodation, great crew, good food!

Pros: The staff at Delta are always friendly and helpful and they were able to squeeze me onto a very full flight.

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Cons: Everything was really nice. The snacks were good. I don’t know if there are excellent t snacks but very good.

Cons: Interior and entertainment system quite outdated. When trying to turn on the reading lights the ones above the seats before us would go on, not ours (21H was our seat, 20H light would turn on, not ours)

Cons: They SERIOUSLY need to update the entertainment on the plane. If everyone has to watch the same movie, which prehistoric in itself, can they at least make a recent movie and not one from the 80's??? They played 2 movies, both from the 80's!

Cons: FREEZING COLD cabin air temperature, as other reviewers have noted. Despite otherwise comfortable conditions to sleep, this made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Pros: Liked that I was heading to Fiji for some nice vacation

Cons: A lot could have been better, the crew and captain didn’t know the immigration procedures for the United States, both flights late. Then also entertainment was quite lacking on a 7 hour international flight.
