Great concierge service
The concierge desk was very accommodating. They arranged for tickets to museums and concerts. And gave excellent directions for the Metro.
The breakfast was frantic and overcrowded. I had to stand in line to get coffee.
very inefficient staff
We wanted two double beds. No facility for the third person. Asked for car to be ready at 7 They forgot to do it.
Far from downtown
We stay before in Marriott Opera . And between this two I will be back to the Opera, the main reason LOCATION. The money that u save compare with the Opera you expended in Taxis. The staff is amazingly friendly and nice, The lounge is great variety, the rooms and bed , Marriott 's quality.
The elevator is a nightmare. We wait 25 minutes, finally we have to go up, to have room in the elevator and go all way to down . They are working in that but I don't think the other 4 elevators are working in that time 7:30am. Is a lots of airlines crew members stock in the floors.
