Pros: The atl to bwi leg was not great. No inflight entertainment and the aircraft looked old.

Cons: A newer aircraft that doesn't show its age would be nice

Pros: The staff at Delta are always friendly and helpful and they were able to squeeze me onto a very full flight.

Pros: Dinner was great

Pros: The crew was very kind.

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Pros: Crew was nice. Seats were ok. Paid for extra leg room but was not helpful. Wanted to upgrade to business class but they were not ready to negotiate. They had empty seats but wanted fill price. Their loss..

Cons: Better food choice. Sets more comfortable. Offer better price for upgrades.

Pros: Virgin Australia is the best! From the boarding crew to in flight service, everything was above and beyond.

Cons: The seat I had booked and was confirrmed was not available, double booked.

Cons: I was turned away at the gate and was unable to board the plane. It was an awful experience!

Pros: Very helpful in getting on board luggage stowed, attractive interior

Cons: Scheduling was poor (turned up lighting far early than needed) and made too many and too loud of general announcements through the night for an overnight flight.

Cons: I don't like the music that plays before leaving. I would rather silence than music which doesn't suit everyone's taste. I find it irritating.

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...
