Pros: Flight attendants super sweet and really paid attention to any needs. Comfy seats, lots of movies to choose from and a tasty breakfast.

Cons: This flight was purchased as business/first class and upon checking economy seat tickets were printed. We are NOT happy with the downgrade after American Airlines was more than happy to take our money for the higher class ticket. We would not have booked this flight as a red eye had we known we would have had economy seating. On top of which, the unseat entertainment for the row we were seated in was not working. I am usually quite happy with the American Airlines flights between Boston and LA, however this unexpected downgrade was not only surprising but extremely disappointing.

Pros: Great crew & nice meals.

Cons: The touchscreen menu icons does not seem to be working as you have to keep tapping the function tabs so many times. This is wasting a lot of time.

Cons: Airlines waste a lot of time and money preparing food that is mediocre at best. Just offering simple orange juice , tea coffee and a muffin to keep people going would be better as it's such a short flight.

Pros: Seat material (leather) and cushion was comfortable.

Cons: No leg room, my knees were pressed into the back of the seat in front, which became very painful. No wriggle room without disturbing person alongside. A ridiculous "snack". What happened to biscuits and cheese? Not trendy any longer i presume. Even Qantas serve that! No wine. Again, ridiculous. Condescending stewards, if that's what you are supposed to call them these "woke" days.

Pros: Despite the delay, bording was quick and efficient, crew were welcoming

Pros: NYE celebration aboard, lovely staff, easy and peaceful flight

Cons: The flight was delayed for almost two hours.

Cons: Hawaiian boasts about a free meal yet provide no movie services. NEVER AGAIN!

Pros: The crew was very lovely in flight, the ground crew in Portland did as well as they could under the circumstances

Cons: I arrived an hour before my flight- after boarding began they closed the doors to reboot the engines and try and "fix" a problem with the landing gear. The flight kept being delayed with no explanation of whether or not it would even fly. We were told missed connections would be dealt with but they weren't. It ended up two hours late, had I known I would have gone to eat somewhere and avoided the terrible egg mushroom thing served on the flight. After landing , many were left with no idea how to get to their destinations and no recourse. The crew was great in the flight, though. Whoever maintains your aircraft should make sure problematic aircraft not be used to transport tens of thousands of your dollars. Very disappointing, considering this was my first flight with Hawaiian, I had heard they were the best. Noteworthy though, that my trip TO Portland with your airline was top notch. The return, however , leaves me with a bad taste and I don't think I will choose it again

Cons: The trip went like clockwork and the flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. It was a very long flight but we got 2 meals and all non-alcoholic drinks at no extra cost which was nice.

Pros: The crew was amazing, despite rainy weather. Service was very good.

Pros: The employees of Air New Zealand always make our trips excellent.

Cons: I always have trouble hearing the announcements in the waiting areas at the airports. Why can't they (airports) fix that.

Pros: The food we were served was of excellent quality which is so unusual when it comes to airline meals, crew and service was great as well. Obviously Air NewZealand have a far better understanding of what there customer base require compared to their competitors

Cons: Could not fault anything

Pros: Very helpful in getting on board luggage stowed, attractive interior

Cons: Scheduling was poor (turned up lighting far early than needed) and made too many and too loud of general announcements through the night for an overnight flight.

Pros: Nicest crew on the planet. Restrooms stayed clean despite 12 hour flight
