Outdated and not clean
Room was not clean when we went in; hotel offered a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The housekeeping manager came to inspect the room and agreed that it has not been properly cleaned. Seemed somewhat inconvenienced when I asked that the dirty bed sheets also be replaced. Would never go back even if it were free.
Fine location in the middle of Tourist Central
Good location near the falls. It was easy to walk anywhere, or take the Wego bus. We had a great front desk clerk who warmly welcomed us and took good care of us.
The casino across the street has a massive parking garage attached, so the "falls view" from the hotel is mostly a parking garage view, with a sliver of falls visible above it. Elevator call buttons were out. This seems minor, but you should have seen guests stabbing at buttons. Does it work? I dunno, better hit both up and down to see if anything works. Stabbing buttons, no response, stabbing buttons in frustration. So minor, such an easy fix, but such an annoyance. The hotel is surrounded by absolutely awful food options. Expensive and abysmal quality. There are good food options in Niagara Falls: use Yelp to find them and go to them. It will be worth the walk/bus to get away from the horrific food choices near the hotel. And the room had a weird smell. I think someone before us spilled something on the carpet. We stayed only two nights, so we just powered through. Housekeeping should have caught this, though.
Great hotel for a weekend getawayN
Bed was very comfortable with great pillow selection. Employees were all friendly
Need a makeup mirror
Serendipitous last minute choice
I enjoyed this stay immensely; it was a last minute choice and we arrived just 15 minutes after making the online booking, but they were all ready for us and the check in went very smoothly. The desk clerk explained everything very well and the room was very spacious and well presented. It was only when we opened the curtains that we noticed the view of the falls which was stunning. The shower was amazing, powerful and felt like a massage for my shoulder. The bed was so comfortable I was off to sleep immediately, which after a 10 hour drive was very welcome. The location is great right on the main drag of Niagara Falls, everything is conveniently close by.
There was nothing I didn’t like, great place, fully recommended
It was perfect location. Cat walk across to the casino which was across the street.
There was hair in the shower.
Clean and good staff
There were lots of noise from pipelines inside building and air vents
Good location and staff

Nice view from window ! Clean and convenient
Haven't find one to dislike
Self parking wasn't near and soap wasn't full
Easy access to anything and cleanliness
Easy access to casino. Good location for sightseeing and activities.
No refrigerator in room. $20 a night for a fridge is dumb.
Value Location Comfort Cleanliness
Elevators - insufficient number Crowded
The room was very spacious and well appointed. Starbucks coffee.
The bottom bed sheet and mattress pad were not fitted and moved around making the bed uncomfortable. Heating was too noisy.
The room was really clean and the decor was nice.
There was construction and it was noisy. There was no store in the lobby of the hotel only an over priced vending machine. TY was situated far from the bed.
Convenient to the falls. Value for our money. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Hotel is still undergoing contruction. Will be great once completed.
great location, staff were proffessional and nice
I enjoyed the location and the comfort of the hotel - it felt safe and clean.
I thought the view would be more of the falls, rather than the casino - but it was still very nice.
Room was clean
Room did not seem to be an executive room, our panoramic city view was looking at the construction site from one small window
The location, the rooms were pleasant..
The reception area required updating. I paid extra for a falls view, however this was in fact quite disappointing.
everything.it was totally different info on the hotel website than it was when we arrived
Breakfast was to expensive and not very god.
Close to falls
