Safe, convenient, very nice staff, comfortable and no resort fees/tax. Fridge in room.
Not a lot really, but there were no coffee making facilities in the room so we took our own kettle!

There was hot water and that's literally about the only thing I can think of that I liked about this hotel.
If you've stayed at any other Curio hotel and are thinking this will be a similar experience, I've got bad news for you: this is an awful hotel. 1. The room layout is horrible, most of the rooms face the brick wall of an adjacent building (and you can hear their external AC window units running); 2. the AC is tiny and cannot properly cool the rooms (which are VERY tiny by NYC standards); 3. The elevators are slow, bumpy, and small causing you to wait 15 minutes to catch one not full of people and luggage; 4. The room service is not up to any normal standards. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower which are empty and surrounded by mold and mildew -- a health nightmare; 5. NOISE: expect to hear anyone cough, sneeze, turn on a lamp, or zip up a bag from an adjacent room or any room on your floor; and 6. Poor bathroom layout -- there is NO room to put anything on the counter in the bathroom. Don't expect to get ready very easily in this hotel as there is no full-length mirror either! This should NEVER received the Curio brand from Hilton. The hotel is by far the biggest disappointment I've ever seen as a Diamond member.

Poor window isolations, you have to keep the air conditioning on all the time to avoid street noizes. As everything about NYC accomodations, the prices are ridiculously high.

There are many more beyond these also.
The Renwick Hotel is close to many of the city’s famous attractions. Guests can walk to the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Fifth Avenue, and Bryant Park. Other places to visit include Madison Square Garden, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the United Nations Headquarters. Guests traveling for business purposes will find plenty of conference space within the hotel, a business center, and computer stations. There’s also sailing nearby and bicycles for rent.
