Pros:The ubicación is perfect because everything is close and the room was comfortable and the staff is bilingual that’s great
Cons:The parking over there is hard to find and the prices for it in the hotel aren’t the better
Pros:From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel extremely welcome. That feeling never left the entire 3 days we were there. I will 100% return to this location the next time we are in Manhattan no questions about it.
Pros:I liked the price and the location, they also had a gym open 24/7. I didn't get to use it this trip but would like to if I ever get back there again. Breakfast was great too.
Cons:Small room, no fridge, no microwave. Room was uncomfortably warm when I walked in as well. Staff made it so we would have access to microwave and fridge in the lobby but wouldve been more convenient if it was available in the room.
Pros:Staff was knowledgable and helpful. Room was very clean.
Pros:The staff was very friendly. The room was ready when we arrived for check-in. Nice and clean, very comfortable.
Cons:We were on the first floor by the check in desk. We had to keep the fan on to drown out the noise of other guests going up to their rooms during the night.

Cons:We were on 1st floor close to the front desk, they talked loud and laughed all night long. In the morning we were awakened by a hammer drill, drilling concrete 10 feet out our window. Posted note left on headboard saying our room was made up by _______, was a nice touch!
