Location was perfect and staff was nice
The room was a bit tired looking with dirty and overused carpet. The room on the 15th floor started literally vibrating at 6 am until 9pm..was very unsettling. The bar service was nice but twice I was given a cheaper version of the champagne I asked for, makes me wonder if this is common practice to get $10 out of people that don't have a trained palate

The location and only the location.
The beds are dirty with blood dots all over the pillows, the shower smells very bad and the AC if turned on makes a very noisy and scary sound that woke me up multiple times before I knew where it came from. Oh and the window is broken and doesn’t close. The room is NOT sound proof too.
