Nothing. I wasn’t able to stay. The bed in the accessible room was too high off the ground. Additionally when I showed up the police were on the premises and I was advised this wasn’t a good or safe place to stay.
Black mold in the bathroom, bugs as well. No vent cover over vent in bathroom. Bedding was old with holes, new pillows were the only perk. Didn't feel safe, people kept knocking on the window. Glad I have my vaccinations.
Looks can be deceiving
You have to drive through a somewhat scary area to get there and the exterior looks a bit scary. Inside was a very professional staff, a very clean well kept room and even the outside pool was very well kept.
constant phone calls to our room from the staff in the early hours of the morning, when we answered no one responded. maids were banging on our door at 9 am, told them we were sleeping they opened the door anyway and then closed it. They came back an hour later and banged again (check out is at 11 am, so they should not have even been knocking in the first place) Didn't generally feel safe anyway, two mid 20 year old females, didn't feel safe. will never stay here again.
I lived haha
It had a refrigerator and was cheap and close to the airport and the city.
The room smelt like smoke the first day. I bought an air freshener and that helped. One night I walked into my room to a horrible smell that smelt like a skunk or someone smoking weed. When I brought this to the clerks attention they told me their was nothing they could do. Then when I was back in my room he came to the door with a freshener and sprayed all around my room to get rid of the smell. Even on my pillows. When checking out at 4:50am in the morning I was first told I had to wait til 11am by the clerk. I had to explain 3 times I was flying out and not asking the check out time. The bathroom floor and bath tub floors were somewhat sticky. The bathtub had no plug for me to take a bath.
That the bed was hurd as a lock , and there's spiders in their sinks!!
No major issues. Breakfast was not great but better than I expected given the rest of the hotel.
They argued with me that I booked a non-smoking room, and that was the extent of what they said to me. Pretty gross. Not very comfy.
didn't even spend the night
staff seemed fairly friendly when I walked in although rushed. he said my room was around the corner pointing in the general direction of the parking lot. took me about 5 minutes to actually find the room.
the driveway was so broken I thought I popped a tire when I pulled in. our room was down a dark hallway filled with spiderweb and our room smelled. we ended up staying with a friend in their hotel room at a different hotel. I knew there was no way we were getting a refund. it was really just gross. literally didn't even unpack in the room. left about 5 minutes after we arrived and turned the keys in about 2 hours later but yea didn't expect a refund.
For the money I survived a night
- Location to downtown (3 miles). We were able to grab a cab from Nashville/Allied cab for $12.00 each way. It saved us the hassle of parking and dealing with roads in a city we didn't know for the show we drove up for. Totally worth it. - The staff was acceptable and accommodating when needing to be. Did change our room with no major complaints.
When we checked into our room we provided our booking information (one King, non smoking, 2 occupants). We were sent to a smoking King room. When we asked for a room change we were accommodated but told the rate we paid online was for a smoking room regardless of what the website told us. The rooms smelled upon entering. The bed spread had a cigarette burn in it and the facilities were falling apart in the bathroom. The only thing new was the toilet. There is a reason this hotel is one of the cheapest in town but there is a reason for that.
nightmare, we left and went to another hotel the clarion and it was great, we had 3 days booked at days inn, we just left and ate the costs, these sights tat book hotels should warn people, it almost ruined our trip.
It was absolutely disgusting!! My pillow smelt like another person, the WI-FI DID NOT WORK!!, our mattresses and box springs were covering in some sort of brownish liquid! I took pictures it was so gross. Also, we had TWO people staying in one room and were only allowed ONE key. I even asked for a second key and the front desk clerk/manager said "only one key per room." Never had that happen before... Will never stay there again. It also is in a bad part of town! When our cab driver picked us up he told us to stay in our room until he got there. A different taxi took us back and said he told us he would wait until we got into our room to leave. Do NOT stay here. It's worth the money to stay in a better hotel rather than here.
