Cons: Too short a connection between flights. Missed connection. No priority for those with connecting flights. No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights.

Pros: Nice to have room to spread out. Amazing that a staffer in Greece managed to quickly rebook us on a different flight due to delays and the fear of missing our connection! The best!

Cons: Food wasn’t great. The movie system or user interface was clunky - nice variety of films but hard to find them and choose them.

Pros: I liked the way of grouping the boarding , and the "ICE" facility had a great options, crew was so helpful.

Cons: It was far away from the gate to the place of passport clearance and baggage reclamation area, we walked a lot.

Cons: For over 12 hours I was surrounded by screaming children. Would really appreciate an adults only section

Cons: Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat.

Cons: Delayed over 4 hrs, missed connecting flight as we were supposed to meet with in Frankfurt. Spent hrs getting a new itinerary, one bag never showed up in Nairobi.

Pros: It was fairly comfortable & the staff was pleasant. The initial leg from BCN to Frankfurt went very smoothly.

Cons: The flight 2nd flight from Frankfurt to Boston was significantly delayed for a variety of issues, and ( though not really within Lufthansa’s control) the security at Frankfurt was easily the most disorganized & poorly run situation I’ve ever encountered. There was almost constant interruption for announcements at the outset, with information that wasn’t necessary & actually made waiting for an extra hr + more frustrating. I give the crew/staff credit for doing their jobs well enough that it still managed to be a decent flight in the end.
