Cons: But, all in all, it is not Four season standard, in my opinion. First, the pool is not clean enough, my kid got eye infection there ( Sam sure as it was the last hotel during our vacation and the incubation period confirms this). Second, somebody stole my Valentino shoose in the SPA and the security came only in 1 hour. They said they guess these were 2 ladies who are leaving the hotel now... Why couldn't they stop them earlier? Third, the SPA treatment was les then mediocre for both me and my husband... Once again, not the level you can expect in such a hotel. My conclusion, they pretend to be Four seasons, but they don't...

Cons: The worst service I’ve ever experienced.Requested tea at breakfast 7 times before it arrived. Ran out of towels at the pool. Had to ask for a broken glass next to kids pool to be cleared up 3 times before all large shards removed. Salad/sandwich lunch took over an hour and usually a mistake with order or item missing. Over 30 mins to check in Service issues were endless. Block of rooms by lift 3 are next to an external disco. Super loud till v late at night. When I asked to move room after a sleepless night they refused 3 times. Was only when I said I would take my bedding and sleep in the corridor of a quieter part of the hotel that they gave me another room (still charged me for the sleepless night).

Cons: the hotel is quite outdated and looks very tired . was given a room in a new extension . electricity kept cutting out . no hairdryer in room . after aome 2 hours in the dark they finally decided to move us but to a floor where the lift did not work . after further complaints they moved us to a suite . good but not very clean . service in bar area very slow and no attention to detail . on check out we were given a bill that included items that we simply did not have . card machines did not work - check out took 45 minutes . staff just not managed and managers shy away from responsibilities . Not really a 5 star hotel

Cons: The staff was terrible. I prepaid the room for my parents as a gift and the hotel did not want to let them in, as they were not in possession of my credit card. This ruined our long planned weekend. There are many great hotels in Marrakech, better avoid that one.

Pros: Our stay at the Radisson Blu in Marrakesh was amazing. We were there in times of crisis (corona) and were in best hands. Not only was the hotel beautiful, breakfast great and everything super clean. But the staff was the best we‘ve ever met in a hotel. We were always updated on the situation and helped 24/7 with booking and of flights. They have done the best they could and were extremely friendly!

Cons: We faced several issues during our short stay. At first, after having checked inn, they managed to misplace 2 of our luggage and had to wait for 90 minutes (our total stay was for 20 hours) to be discovered. The 1st room that was given to me was smelling cigar's smoke and had to move to another room (after my request was given a room with pool view) as the Superior with balcony have an awful view). The condition of the room concerning maintenance was disappointing (have a look in the photos attached), in the toilet area there were @suspicious@ stains on the wall, the bathrobe's belt was torn. This is not what you expecting in an expensive 5* hotels and definitely not in a Radisson hotel.

Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel.
Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Cons: The service was horrendous, I was there with a wedding party and all of us felt the same, every person felt the same , they kept saying that this is a five star property but never delivered! We all had altercations with managers etc but still had to carry on as had no choice ! This is not a hotel I would prefer ever and happy to share this with 100 people in my party that were there! A shame! The hotel needs to get to do a lot more to get me back there! Overall I am disappointed with their check in staff, managers ( I had a run in with their guest relations manager murad who was absolutely not a manager but in the power of a very rude and unruly person at the bar, I still have the receipts to prove he was trying to make me look like I have cheated him whereas he was just being a very rude and unwelcome person! , On another note I spent 45 minutes trying to get an undercooked omelette for my wife as this 5 star property has 2 electric stoves to meet demand with a very long queue! All in all I am so disappointed, disgusted and unhappy that and so are the 100’s of people that attended that wedding that I will never come back to this hotel or indeed Morocco!!!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are specious, the heated swimming pool was really nice for winter months, and the breakfast buffet was really good even for the kids. Cons: - Unfriendly staff - they asked for total payment upfront until I insisted for deposit only - Not even a common communication system between parking and front office, we had to wait until the security had to call reception to get a confirmation, same upon leaving the hotel, kept us waiting until communicating with their talkies... - Requested ironing material, got a very dirty iron and a table with the surface completely shredded... - No hand towels in the room, requested and they told us they don’t have any left in the whole hotel !!!! Received the day after, only one hand towel !!!! - water glasses remained unchanged after room service even if they were used... - summary : very poor facilities and service for the price :250eur per night !!!

Pros: This time I stayed in Essaadi hotel, not the palace, for four night in March and i found it very good as always because i satay in this hotel when ever i visit Marrackech but i also stay in other hotels in the city. The location of Essaadi is very good if you do not like isolation from the city actions. The best in Essaadi, in my opinion, is the walk path that connect the hotel to the palace its more than 700 m long full of varieties of citrus, palm, olive, pomegranate trees. I usually take a walk on the path, in the morning before breakfast where the smell of orange blossom fill the srrounding. Breakfast improved a lot with many varieties and good preparation. Staff were very friendly and happy to help but need appreciation. Restaurant , i tried grilled seabass For dinner and it was very good but slow service though. I found The pool was heated to 26 degrees although i did not use. Room was always cleaned and prepared well and when i asked for some roses in a vase it was put in my room without extra cost. A basket of fruit was in the room when i checked in. The hotel was happy to keep my luggage for couple of days when i travelled away from the city. The new manager is always walking around and talking to the guests.
Its good value for money as four star hotel, and i would look forward to stay in this hotel in near future.

We were lucky to have a view at the pool, at night everything was very quiet. Excellent breakfast, loved the many sweets the fresh made omelets and crepes as well the fresh fruit. Great location, right next to the hotel where our congress was held, 30min walk from the center or few minutes with taxi.

Pros: We arrived on Friday 13th March and two days later the Government initiated a shut down of all restaurants, cafes and public gatherings. The hotel staff were exceptional and even though the restaurant was closed they continued to provide room service for the duration even though there were only three rooms occupied in the entire hotel.

Cons: The state of the room, everything is old and in bad state. The wardrobe, the dresser, the table, the drawers, the bathroom door are all in bad state. And even the bathroom door handle was broken. I can provide pictures. The hotel looks nice from outside, especially the swimingpool, the restaurant and the breakfast. They are all very good !!! The decoration of the hotel is beautiful. But as I said inside the room everything is in a bad state.

Location was excellent. just outside the busy areas but literally 5 mins from anywhere you'd ant to go. 40-50 dirham (€4-€5) taxi from medina which is where most of the attractions and markets are. f thre breakfast is not to your fancy there is a supermarket and a bakery beside the hotel (very cheap).. 2 rolls and 2 croissants and a donut was less than €1.... there are good value restaurantsdown the road (€6-€8 per main course)

Cons: Our room didn't have a functioning air conditioning unit.. we only realised this 2-3 days into the stay. not only did it turn off after every 30 mins which woke us up during the night but it also spat out hot air... we informed the hotel and they sent someone to "fix it" 2-3 occassions before finally moving us to another room for the last night... Could not fault the place if the air con was working. Staff are brilliant

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: AC never worked for the full duration of my stay. Called several times to have it fixed and was advised that someone will attend and no ever came. After the third day I spoke to the receptionist and was told as the hotels was fully occupied everyone was using the AC therefore some rooms would have these issues as they couldn’t power each room. So very uncomfortable sleeps in the heat. Was advised to open balcony door but the noise from the road was unbearable if a motorbike or several cars where to go past. Also TV had no signal couldn’t even keep us entertained while we where in the room. Plug sockets not working. Safety deposit box was broken in room. So had to keep belonging with us. Overall the room was clean. Could do with a spot of paint and a little work in the room and bathroom tiles cracked and falling apart. Very basic facilities. Toilet could have done with a new seat. Value for money not really if your staying a night or two max and just need a bed to sleep on this would do the job. Not sure if I would be staying again my time soon.
