    This is a very good hotel, food is excellent, a lot of choice (with multiple themes during the week), drinks are good as well, all the "real" things like coca-cola, schweppes, martini. A real all inclusive stay.

    Not much really, we went off-season, not much people, so it was very relaxing, which was perfect for us. People who like to be extremely social would probably want to go during the season.

    Yhr catering is excelleny, drink aswell as food.Vert relaxing place to be

    I missed a ledger with all the information re, the hotel, activities of the animation team, transport to Marrakech etc

    Great swimming pools and decent food fo an all inclusive package

    There is no shower screen so when you have a shower the bathroom became a swimming pool. there is minimal English spoken in the hotel. It is 15 minutes outside of Marrekech.

    my wife was appalled by nthe fact that cats were srolling around in the dinning hall when one jumped up on the couch where she was sitting resulting in her not eating in the restauarant again after going back to the room she telephoned the reception to complain and wasw advised that the manager would call but suprise suprise there was no call. she has now decided that she will put this information on the top outstanding reviews on the internet

“Every thing was perfect (room, restaurants and bars). the stuff are lovely and pay attention to details.”
“Kenzi club was extremely clean, even in difficult times, Covid 19. Service from staff was excellent, they were pleasant and efficient but not over bearing. Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly visit again. Shuttel bus to the Medina compensated for the slightly remote location.”
