Pre Opening stages
Beautiful hotel that is still in its pre opening stages so not all facilities are available. Perfect for a relaxing quiet time.
Staff is not well trained for a 5 star luxury hotel. People pay more for the service that they expect. We found a lot of the staff we were unable to communicate with because they were unable to speak English. However most were always friendly, except for the front desk staff. On two occasions they were down right rude and gave us attitude. One time we needed help with something and they left us standing around for 45 min completely ignoring us not even giving us a heads up if they were working on it or not. Staff needs a lot of training to be up to par with other 5 star hotels in the county like the four seasons and ritz carlton
