Not the best hotel. Furniture old, carpets, window
Good location, South Kensington.
Room was not modern and needs complete renovation and deep cleaning. Old brown worn furniture, carpets and windows not maintained and requires attention. Bathroom very tired looking and not very clean.
I had stayed here several times before, the most recent time about five years ago. Things have changed, going dowhill. The staff are not friendly or helpful. The wifi was difficult to use and the signal weak. The breakfast has only instant coffee, no brewed coffee. I won't book with the Burnes again.
