The staff was always in the back when I needed service. I would call him/her from the front and they wouldn’t respond until I called the hotel’s phone. They were ignoring me for no reason, then were rude when finally servicing me.

The outside view of the hotel is nice when clean.
AC and TV didn’t work. We arrived at midnight and were switched to 3 rooms before we were able to settle in. The rooms smelled like mildew. Bathroom windows were not cleaned properly.

The front desk and housekeeping staff was very friendly. Location was convenient as it was close to several restaurants and stores.
The pictures advertising the hotel must have been old bc the hotel furniture was very worn, showers had mildew along edges, trash cans still had trash from previous guests and beds were not comfortable. Overall impression of the hotel was that it did not feel clean.
