Boasting a prime location on Phi Phi Island and overlooking Rantee Beach, The Cove Phi Phi offers cosy bungalows with private balconies and the convenience of an on-site restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence. The Cove Phi Phi is a 20-minute boat ride from Ton-Sai Pier. A 1.5-hour speedboat ride takes guests to Phuket and Krabi towns. Pros:Peace. Very peaceful place.
Cons:As others noted, the transportation is an issue, so I'm not expanding on that. What is unfortunate, in addition to the complaints by others, is that there is very limited activities offered at the reception. And there is no interest in helping out arranging for trips that they don't offer. In comparison with Relax Beach, for example, which does offer more things to do, or if not, they help you arrange for them (and RB is even farther from Tonsai Pier). Also, if you decide to walk the path in the forest to Tonsai Pier, be prepared for bush whacking, difficult terrain and lack of appropriate markers that would point you in the right direction.
