Pros: Crew was great,

Cons: The seats are too small for 5 hours of flight time.

Pros: Baggage allowance is good and cause of choice this airline but bad staff specially the check in

Cons: I hate the ground crew.. with bad behavior and uncooperative- plane no entertainment.. you must used app with your telephone

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...

Pros: Crew was good, seat was tight.

Cons: Was sitting next to a drunk guy, but was Ok, he slept most of the way. Police and paramedics met him at arrival. Caused some delays. Not Virgin's fault.

Pros: Appreciate it was a direct flight. The crew was friendly. However on the return flight after my checked baggage with checked my electric Clippers were not return to buy bag. I wrote several emails and made several phone calls and received no response. I bought a replacement pair but they're not nearly as good. I'm very disappointed.

Pros: Yes seat is comfortable

Cons: Hawaiian boasts about a free meal yet provide no movie services. NEVER AGAIN!

Cons: We should have been told in Boston that we need visa to Australia, not an hour and a half before the flight
