Upon arrival the hotel had to be evacuated due to fire, Ive been calling to get a refund but y'all playing!!

The hotel was closed due to a recent fire, but this was not communicated when I made reservation. Therefore, I showed up to the hotel, only to find out by going to the Days Inn next door the the Quality Inn was closed due to a recent fire. Disappointed!!

It advertised a pool....and there was o ly a concrete hole...no pool for my son which is the MAIN reason we chose this hotel

I had to call the front desk at least three times requesting more towels. They said that they do not have any. When I went to breakfast, they were at least two or three things, like eggs and napkins, that were not there that should have been.

Garbage under the bed and dresser shower and toilet we are not clean. I had to ask three times for toilet paper and towels.
