Right-wing check-in experience
The first problem was the 15-minute wait I had to endure when I arrived. There was nobody at the front desk, it was literally a staff of one, who it turned out was out giving another ride back from the airport. I had to endure Fox News propaganda blasting from the breakfast area while waiting. After he checked me in when he returned, he was rooting out loud for America’s upcoming economic failure while Fox was broadcasting news about Trump’s New tariffs against China. I whispered an obscenity back to him as I rounded the corner to my suite. I was happy to completely avoid the lobby the next mod upon my departure.
It is right next to the airport and all the staff were very friendly.
The shuttle ends at 11pm, and you have to pay extra to leave your car there while away.
Fine for a quick trip
1st floor room was nice, but poorly designed. TV was set between the bedroom and kitchen/sitting area, so watching it was a bit awkward. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well and kept us comfortable during the heatwave. Room seemed pretty clean. Staff at front desk was very kind. The view out our window was nice--a shady tree and a field. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Eggs & sausage, cereal, yogurt, apples, make your own oatmeal and waffles, juice, milk, and coffee.
The only ice machine is on 2nd floor. Drinks and snacks had to be bought at the front desk. The pool was closed for repairs the entire weekend. Breakfast was served in a room the only fit about 5 tables. Watched many people take their food into the lobby sitting area and back to their rooms. Several hall lights were broken. Room layout is strange.
We did a park and fly here so we could catch a flight in the morning to Vegas. The room was a suite and for the money it was well worth it. Also the parking option and the shuttle was very nice to the airport. the person who gave us a ride was very friendly and when we returned we got a ride back to the hotel. I would stay here again.
Wouldn't stay again.
Close to airport with free shuttle.
Hotel is under significant renovations to include closed staircases, carpets removed to bare floor, power tools operating at 830pm (They did stop when asked), and hot tub area was out of order and wrapped with caution tape (messy), pool area was unclean as well. Complimentary breakfast was not good either. Even for the price I would stay somewhere else.
Staff was friendly, location was great, room was spotless. Worth the money. Only
Only problem was the room was extremely hot when we entered. Took quite awhile to cool off but that's the only downside.
