Price and location were good and the room seemed clean.
Although a non-smoking room you could still smell some smoke from violators. The cleaning person forgot to leave hand/bath soap. The pillows were really small - weird huh? I could hear the neighbor conversations thru the wall even though they really weren't talking all that loud. You get what you pay for and this place met my basic needs. If you are looking for more than very basic it may not be your best option.
Great hotel, nice staff very clean. Great pool nice breakfast. We stayed during July 4th week fireworks in the parking lot people cooking out. I almost didn't stay due to bad reviews, but I'm glad I did. A/C was working great. Room 215
Attractive suite that's deceiving
Large roomy suite with living area and complete kitchen, and bath suite. Good varied breakfast with eggs, French toast, sausage, MYO waffles, plus regular continental breakfast items.
Walls seemed thin, as noise from adjoining rooms above and next to us was very evident, as well as noise from outside. Not enough towels. Closet door broken. Smoky odor in suite, and odd odor in closet that made it unusable. Unusable TV remote.
The size of the rooms
We never had room keys because the key machine wasn't working. They had to let us into the room. Lights and other electronics were unplugged so we had to use the flashlight on our phone to find the plugs and plug them in. Didn't feel clean or taken care of.
Had a question about the lights in the room another gentleman answer the phone from the guy that checked me in and one to argue with me about me checking in yet he said I hadn't checked in yet anyone to ask me who it was that check me in it's not my responsibility to no this and he was very rude
I live about 20 mins from the hotel, and my daughter wanted a hotel birthday party (Sweet 16) The suite was perfect for our needs - a spacious two bedroom with living room and kitchenette. The girls stayed in one room and I was in the other. It worked out great.
Knowing about the $50 mark-up given to Kayak. Next time I'll go directly through the hotel.
Not the best
Hotel is in a great location and close to the city
Our room was not cleaned very well and smelled like mildew. The air was damp and humid. The morning of our stay a cleaning lady asked us to check out early so they could come and clean the room. Completely rude
We cancelled after the first night. Mold in the bathroom and multiple cockroaches.
I loved everything was better than i expected. I would do it over and over
In need of repairs
Location is great and for the price it is a good value.
Electrical outlets are suspect and lamps didn't work. Breakfast staff wore hoodies and basketball shorts and didn't engage the guests very well.
