There was a lot of hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor.

Melissa was awesome. Friendly, quick, polite. The room was large and clean. It was nice that the pull out sofa was in a different area than the bed.
The guy working the desk at check out (4:30 a.m. on 8/11) acted annoyed that we were bothering him. Huffed over to the desk and stood there tapping on his computer silently, then demanded our email address. When we asked him why he said he was "gonna need it". It was only when pressed as to why that he told us the computer wouldn't print our receipt. I don't know if he was mad about the computer or mad because we were at the desk so early, but it was an uncomfortable transaction.

There was a separate room with a sofa bed that my niece was thrilled w. Plus we weren't subjected to Disney all night. The staff gave us bedding for her.
We just wish it had a pool.

Overview
An all-studio suite hotel, the Best Western Airport Suites is conveniently located just ten miles southwest of the Indianapolis International Airport. Each of our suites offers a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a wet bar. In addition, all suites have two 32-inch LCD Flat Screen televisions, a double-size sofa sleeper bed and free high-speed Internet access. To start off the day, a complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served in our spacious breakfast room, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We are centrally located to many area attractions including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (3 miles), downtown Indianapolis, the convention center, RCA Dome and Conseco Fieldhouse (7 miles). For family activities the Indianapolis Children's Museum is 11 miles from the property and the Indianapolis Zoo is 6 miles away. Our courteous and efficient staff is eager to serve you.
