Pros: The food we were served was of excellent quality which is so unusual when it comes to airline meals, crew and service was great as well. Obviously Air NewZealand have a far better understanding of what there customer base require compared to their competitors

Cons: Could not fault anything

Pros: Don’t take it personally, the world economy collapsed and we couldn’t go because of the kung flu.

Cons: Could have done without the Chinese communist regime causing a world wide financial collapse, closing countries, stripping me of my rights to have a job, travel, assemble, support a free market economy, etc. So other than being thrust into a socialist nightmare and cancelling my years awaited vacation to to other side of the planet and never getting a chance to go to the airport or fly anywhere, things were great. I rate it one inflated nitrile glove

Pros: I had to cancel the flight because the have customer service very poor in air New Zealand vancouver BC agents the could not solve a simple problem in esta that happened to me similarly in Australia with the same problem of esta if they are not efficient they should be replaced there many good candidate for airlines in Vancouver BC

Cons: Improve customer services

Pros: very comfortable reclining seats for sleeping. It was a lot of work for the attendants setting up each bed and then taking it apart. But for me, it was much more comfortable than the flight from SFO to ACK.

Cons: Movies did not change from November to December. I watched 3 on the way to NZ in Nov and they were still the only 3 to interest me on the return flight. Disappointed.

Pros: Only a 25 minute flight

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The crew was excellent and we appreciated the ability to change seats after takeoff.

Pros: You get what you pay for. Can't complain.

Cons: Waited 55 minutes for baggage claim in Auckland. No reason given. I expect better service from Air New Zealand even though I understand the baggage handler’s are different group
