Pros: Crew was great. Apartment class was great!

Cons: Don't put on the airport board that the plane is boarding when it is not

Pros: I slept. Food was fine even though I forgot to order vegetarian. Movie selection seemed extensive too.

Pros: Seat was not super comfortable. Crew was excellent.

Cons: There was no online checkin or any ability to choose seats on your app.

Cons: No screens or headphones on board, you had to download an app on your phone and use your own earphones to watch a very limited amount of films/tv shows. Very tight seats, not reclining enough. It was like being on a low cost flight but for 5 hours. Very uncomfortable.

Pros: Flight cancelled due to Pooley strike. China air did help us get an alternate flight with a different airline.

Cons: More notice on cancellation. Airline knew the pilots were a problem long before our flight.

Pros: The crew was nice and reply promptly. They provide water/juice and snacks several times besides the main meals.

Cons: It was confusing to do online checking because I couldn't check in on Vietnam airline website. The airplane was old and had bad smells.

Pros: Comfortable premium economy seat. Nice crew.

Cons: Vegetarian meals were repetitive and pretty boring and devoid of any source of protein.

Cons: Seats we’re tight on second flight. They had an odd foot rest protruding.....?

Pros: The planes were clean and well maintained. The eye masks were cool - reversible with writing to do not disturb or wake for food.

Cons: Staff all seemed like they didn’t want to be there. A menu for the food options so you know what you are choosing from - the staff didn’t know what they were serving. A snack/drinks bar to help yourself when you need through the flight.

Cons: Slight inconvenience having to wait for a connecting flight, which delayed our arrival plans at the destination....

Pros: Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch.

Cons: Crew miss my drink

Cons: Boarding was delayed for 25 min and was no information for that. Otherwise everything was good

Cons: In flight food service by cabin crew was spotty, sometimes they gave you coffee with dinner , sometime not, they are very forgetful. Please improve on this issue.
