I was surprised, the breakfast was better than I expected. The biscuits and bagels were a bit dry however. But the bacon and sausage were great! And the Texas waffle are always tasty.
Maybe add some ketchup or different condiments. The cream cheese was hard for a young fellow to find so maybe place them somewhere more visible? Also the vending machine on the second floor was out of order.
The only thing I liked was Tiffany and Jen were courteous and kind you're very professional in solving all problems
the staff was repeatedly calling me and my friends drug addicts and accusing us of stealing their their stuff and prostitutes and and throwing us out
Is a hotel near the airport. When that is all you need (for example when the airport shuts down for the night due to bad weather), it is good enough.
Very average. Small bed, not that comfy. Basin outside bathroom on other side of entrance to room.
Not a thing.
The front desk could not get online to get reservation. Room 118 windows were not locked, screen was knocked out. A/C looked to be stepped on and had broken vents, looked like they had been stepped on while someone was coming thru the window from the outside.Room 119 had no locks at all. I was moved to another room on second floor windows screens missing too. A/C has a broken vent as well and sounded like it was on its last leg. Door on cabinet would not stay closed , someone before us has folded the do not disturb card to prop the door to stay closed. Wiring hung from the ceiling looked like it should be fire alarm. See picture. Some kind of pump kind of item was inserted into a hole in the wall. Have photo . After leaving and returning later that night we came back to a woman standing in front of a open window in her underwear yelling at people below that were lottering in the parking lot. I believe something illegal was happening. Did not feel safe at all. Thought I was getting a nice place on booking.com it a Wyndham property, was totally disappointed.
Free breakfast was good and easily accessible. Jasmine at front desk and Flor with housekeeping were nice and helpful, they were the only two with great customer service. Beds were firm with good pillows. A/C worked well for cooling.
The first room had broken fridge, second room had broken/misaligned room door lock! Made us wait more than 30mins to move out of first room, did not offer to move us out of second room that the main door would not lock properly. I could easily push 'locked' door open. The older woman with an accent and very young woman (early 20s max) at the front desk over the weekend were super unhelpful and did not care about any of our concerns. Rooms were older with weird smells, musty/humid, and NO DECOR at all (empty nails and hanging accessories on walls). Towels and bedding had visible stains, showing major wear and tear, which is understandable for older hotel, thankfully they were clean. Visible mold growing on grout of both room's showers/tubs. None of the tub or sink drain plugs were even attached or functional in either room. A/C unit of second room had most of vent slats broken off. We had to get both room keys re-coded every day because they would reset while we were gone. The older lady said it was because we had them near our phones, even though mine had been sitting on the counter the entire time and the other was in a RFID blocking wallet. I tested this theory by putting card on my phone for an hour and the card still worked. Not impressed with this hotel at all especially for the price, maybe a 2 star hotel on their best day.
