Pros: All staffs are nice and polite. Check-in is fast. When we got the key cards and got into the room, we found that there was no hot water. We called service. They changed room for us very quickly. The room is clean. The breakfast is good and impressive.

Cons: The property was great! My only problem was during check in, I had already paid through booking.com but the transaction was declined at the hotel. But with a phone call we where able to fix it.

Cons: Construction right outside our window that woke us up early Saturday. Our stay was for relaxation so that was not enjoyable. Light at the entrance was out, I told staff but it was never fixed. We were asked to step out of our room for an exterminator.

Cons: When I booked the room, it says that the hotel provides shuttle to IAH airport. But actually they don't have this service any more.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't good, no fruit salads to offer but just few whole grapes instead, scrambled eggs were cold, hard and tasteless, bisques were overcooked and hard, coffee was too strong and coffee station not filled with coffee cups, they don't offer assorted pastries, bacon was ok and no one was attending the cafeteria for additional requested services.

Cons: Shower water was scalding hot, no cold water. Impossible to take a shower. I was told I was supposed to let the water run to get cold water (strangest advice to get cold water!). For Hilton I was surprised there was a lot of wear of the tub and the lobby furniture.

Cons: The first room heater didnt work. Was 63 degrees when I first entered, set it to 75. Left for the evening, returned several hours later and still 63deg. 2nd room heat worked but furniture, headboard and tub were pretty raggedy, old and scratched up.

Cons: We were told by staff that they would keep our belongings for 24 hrs and we returned in 2 hrs and housekeeping had threw everything in a dumpster that had a padlock on the gate. Some of the items were from my brother and ex boyfriend that died and was murdered

Cons: The pool wasn’t taken care of even though having a pool was part of the reason I booked there. Don’t move the lamps. I did and the entire bottom fell out prompting a quick anxiety response from all those involved. The parking lot left something to be desired. Random people park in the back that don’t even stay in the hotel. One even gave my wife a onesie for an adult. I don’t know why. Not so much a place for families with little ones, in my opinion.

Cons: The rooms were unclean, in Need of repair, and ambulance staff helped me identify what's called a bedbug. I'm horrified. My daughter has too many specialists and health problems, and they were discovered in the 2nd room we moved too! Staff helped
