They didn’t give us more details about the island and how to go to the beach as there are more information we needed to know as we are renting our own 4X4 car
Everything from the room to the island itself. Meals were beautiful, staff fantastic and all round excellent time. Paul Docking in particular was brilliant
Not enough parking. Door stops to big, stubbed toe numerous times.
Service was very Good specially from Suby, she works really hard and always has smile and charming personality.
Location was superb, on Fraser Island ! The ranger tours were interesting and well informed.
The main restaurant area lacked atmosphere. Spa bath in the room spewed out black mould when used.
We were a bit disappointed with the sunset bar. On one day at 3.30 for happy hour we ordered two margaritas and they were sold out. We tried to order a prawn platter at the same time and they were sold out. Wanted to Segway on the Saturday and we were told there were no Segways running that day. However an hour later my friend checked and was told they were running but were booked out. Everything else was excellent!
