Fresh paint, carpet, linens. Three pillows per bed. Comfortable furnishing.
AC could not keep up. Updates looked good but seemed to be of marginal quality. Sink fixture leaked. Shower head sprayed on the wall. Toilet handle had to be jiggled. Bathroom fan did not run and stayed extremely warm. No front desk @ check out. Fridge had can hold in door that limited space.
During p.m. Checkin, another employee kept talking to the desk agent during my checkin. The clerk at the desk in the morning was super. He explained why he could not refund the difference between my online, prepaid cost and what I would have paid had I just walked in and delt directly with the motel.
Motel construction going on, had to walk on unswept walk ways. There were small chunks of concrete to walk on. I paid $7. on line, than had I went directly to motel. Since it was prepaid, there was no credit back.
Hotel is under renovation and is basically not inhabitable. My room had a cracked floor/wall with the outer part of the room sloping downward. Room was also dirty. Don't stay here.
Dirty, loud, smelly
The only positive thing to say about this hotel is the location.
As soon as we walked into our room I noticed the carpet was sticky, it smelled old and stale, the wall paper was peeling off from the walls, the bathroom had no toilet paper and worst of all there was hair all over the bed. Not just one piece but multiple hairs on the sheets. We shook out the sheets and decided to stay that night since we had arrived pretty late and we had already reserved the room for 3 nights. After all we had a very early morning ahead of us. We maybe slept 3 hours. Beds were lumpy, the pillows had no substance. We had an end room so all you could hear was the highway because our door would barely close. You could feel the wind from outside coming in... It was the worst night we have ever had at a hotel. We packed up our things and stayed at a different hotel the following night. We couldn't get our money back for the 2 nights we had left there but honestly I didn't even care. I had to get out of there. Staff was nice
