Everything as usual was amazing. It is one of my first choices for great yarmouth bnb's, it has fast wifi, clean rooms and great hosts, very happy and will stay again,

Ideal location close to seafront. The staff were absolutely lovely! Very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Very accommodating for us having bicycles and our bags being dropped off earlier. Breakfast was very nicely cooked. Bed very comfortable and dark curtains were much appreciated.

The location was good. And as they could not give us a room with a bath they have offered us an unusable room just to use a bath for a baby. Please be aware that none of family rooms have a bath which is ridiculous.

I requested a room with a bath. I was not informed in advance that they do not have family rooms with a bath. Called to pay for the room as no one called me when they should have, but did not get to speak to anyone who knows a sentence in English. Building does not have a lift. Had to carry baby, for bed etc up the stairs and no one offered help. On the website it said that parking was free however I was charged for a permit by the hotel owner. Breakfast was disgusting. I wasn’t given any choice of what I wanted. I was not even asked if I were vegetarian. I went to the restaurant and was given a plate of food that was pretty horrific. And that’s all you get for breakfast. No pastries, fruit or yogurt... nothing. Just greasy food. I asked for a coffee and was brought a white pre-mixed coffee. I do not take dairy. But was never asked. Was not given milk on the side to please myself with a drop or the lot of it, or none of it. The hotel owner genuinely thinks everyone is the same. The hotel is disgusting and outdated. Floors and carpets stink and are VERY dirty. Do not go there if you have a baby that crawls. Whatever you do - do not stay in room 4. It’s a dark room with no windows, just a corner of a bathroom window that sheds a light. The beds are noisy, the door to the bathroom creeks, furniture is so old that the dirt most likely does not even come off. As we left something in the room after checking out we had to return and a little boy, who seems to be a son of the owner, advised us that HE already cleaned the room. That poor little boy isn’t even a legal age to be working. No older than primary school. But instead of hiring staff she uses him to run her business. This little boy has done the English translating as the owner doesn’t seem to bother to learn. There is no one ever at the reception. The owner doesn’t hire any staff. She cooks food for guests, comes deals with needs at the reception, shoots back to a kitchen. Hotel needs investing in
