Rode hard, put away wet
Friendly staff.
You have to call the staff... to change the temperature to either hot or cold in the room. I arrived late, asked for late departure which they said was fine, and then housekeeping kept coming inside and waking me up despite the dnd sign. Then the front desk started calling and waking me up. The gym is consumer level equipment, junk that didnt even feel safe to use. If you arrive late, you won't find anything to eat. Hope you brought something with you from wherever you came from. Poor showing. Amateur operation, really.
It was ok, but not very great.
Parts of the hotel look really nice. Like around the pool area and stuff. But beyond that you can see it's in a state of disrepair.
The elevator stopped working while we were there. When I told someone about it they said, "oh it probably needs to be reset again." AGAIN??? Also, the front desk is routinely unstaffed. So much so that they have a sign on the front desk telling you to call an extension to speak to someone because they aren't there. When I was checking out I had to call someone again and they just said, "did you book online? Ok, you'll get a receipt." No asking how my stay was or anything. My room smelled. It reminded me of an old swamp cooler that needed to be cleaned. The shower fluctuated in temperature a lot. If you were up at the same time as other people in another room and they were using the shower, too, or flushed the toilet be prepared to jump. Also, the first night we were there we nearly ran out of hot water. There was a giant ugly stain next to the storage closet and large chunks of wood missing from the trim next to it. It appear that something had ran into it multiple times. The toilet in our room wasn't cleaned very well and there was still little drops on the back of it where someone didn't aim well who stayed there before. Finally, the doors to the rooms were not very tight, didn't close very well (you can't just walk away, make sure it's shut or it will not close all the way) and the door to the sauna was so warped it didn't shut at all.
Oldie but goodie
Great facility with a lot of potetial
Facility falling into disrepair. Having mobility issues, malfunctioning elevator made me late for my flight, and cost me fifty bucks to get my luggage home
More like a motel 6 than a ramada
People were jice
Very unclean ( needed vacuumed, toilets were not clean floors were not clean, etc.). Pour maintenance: Shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall. tissue holder rigged up, water faucet not working properly and air conditioning wasn't working.
Black Mold and peeling wallpaper in bathroom. Breakfast was nasty: Deep fried sausage, rubbery boiled eggs and dry bread.
Horrible rooms
Dead bugs in rooms. A/C not working. Stains on walls and floors. Broken refrigerator, bed frame falling apart. It appeared that the whole hotel is not being taken care of and slowly falling apart with no attempt to fix it in the future.
The location. It was a last minute booking on a 1000 mile day drive from WA.
The bad was rock hard. The pool is shallow. Hot tub wasn't working and the food on the breakfast line was gross.
Room was very clean and staff were friendly.
Bed was uncomfortable, heat in room didn't work properly, indoor pool was not heated- too cold to take my son swimming.
THE JAPANESE RESTAURANT WAS GREAT
CREAM OF WHEAT NOT GOOD. FORGET THE MACARONI APPETIZERS
