Something crawling in the wall
There was a racoon or possum in the wall/ceiling crawling around the entire night. The cleanliness was poor at best. When inquired about a refund they said they would check with the manager since we prepaid and call me to let me know what the outcome would be. Checked my credit card statement and there was no discount or refund and no phone call. I would suggest not staying here.
Terrible hotel, poor management, not clean, rodents in the wall, breakfast was terrible and overpriced.
Double king beds were nice...Even though I only needed one. Very roomy
Kinda old and weird in general. No lids at the coffee station Everything is just a little too old but not in a classic way
easy commute to national park.
confusing how to check in.
Front desk people were nice and tried very hard to accomodate.
While it was clear when we made the reservation that this hotel was somewhat dated, that was the least of our problems. Although WiFi in the rooms was advertised, we had no reception in our room. The staff then tried to convince us that this was because we had Apple products and "they don't pick up signals so well". They then offered us another room, which was "right across the hall from the modem", however, when I tested it, there was no WiFi signal in that room either. In addition, the bathroom floor was sticky (that shoes making a noise sound when you lift your feet sticky). Also, you should ask if they are having a dog convention there, because every other room in the hotel had a large dog barking in it. Finally, because we arrived late, when we tried to get a refund to move, the night manager had gone nome, so we ended up having to stay one night before we could flee to another hotel.
Convenient to get to and from where we were going. Cheapest rooms in town.
The hotel was built in the 60's or 70's and hasn't been updated since. The bed was creaky and old and not very comfortable. Our room opened up to the pool by a sliding door that was difficult to shut. When we arrived, the room smelled like mildew. We opened the sliding door to air it out and it took the both of us 5 full minutes to close the door again. You also get a tube tv and a wall mounted hairdryer that was incredibly weak.
