Hotels near Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) New England Annual Dinner 2020

Pros: Always on time, good range of movies/shows and free wifi

Cons: Long wait at the airport checkin, seat was so uncomfortable and paid drinks (including soft drink) after the first meal service... so odd!

Pros: Included check-in baggage

Cons: Food options on the menu are very limited

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Pros: Super comfortable and inflight entertainment was amazing

Cons: Late departure because of a seat on the plane was broken.... late arrival because they was already a plane parked at our gate. Otherwise not bad for holiday travel

Pros: Crew was great and kept us hydrated. Good free movies and nice Hawaii tv selections. Love the Hawaiian cooking show selections.

Cons: In seat monitor was a little loos and would slide out of position when watching it. Breakfast sandwich was free but the egg was a little grainy.

Pros: The seat was not super comfortable but the crew was really lovely and so helpful!

Pros: Everything was good . Yhe only problem is the small portions of food.

Pros: A great flight with friendly staff, comfy seats, good food, and great inflight entertainment.

Cons: The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate.
