We were overbooked. There were 3 other couples that were overbooked as well and we were all turned away. We paid our room fee, had reservations and were still turned away.
Management/front desk staff was rude and incompetent. It took them over 20 minutes to get us checked in. The bathroom door in the room did not shut all the way and did not have a lock.
The location is good and the shower was nice.
When we walked in to the hotel the staff member seemed annoyed to have us check in. The process took a long time as he had to call Kayak for our booking info and have them fax our reservation. The room was filthy. There was an old dirty tray on top of the wardrobe with used plastic utensils on it. The remote had dried crusty hot sauce on it and it looked like they hadn't vaccumed in months. There was also hair on my pillow from a previous guest. To top it all off the elevator was broken so we had to make several trips up and down the stairs. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of animal urine even though the Inn is a "no pet" facility. The room was filthy. We attempted to turn the TV on but it would not work. The desk agent tried the TV and when she was unsucessful she had us change rooms. Our 2nd room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work. This room was also filthy including the TV remote control. I also feared stepping barefoot on the bathroom floor without mopping it first. The toilet was so loose it rocked, the tp dispenser fell off the wall and the shower was moldy. This is a "no smoking" Inn but after people checked in across the hall the air in the hall was filled with marijuana smoke. Our door fit loosely and allowed the smoke to filter in. In the morning When we turned the heat on the dirty filters sent so much dust into the air we had asma symptions all day. Our in room coffee pot did not work. We went downstairs for the continental breakfast. It had been discontinued.
had to wait 15 mins to check in and then be told at 20 until 3pm that the room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. Air conditioner made horrible noise throughout the night and they had expired yogurt at the breakfast the next morning.
