Old facility. Toilet overflowed no one came to fix it. We left.
It was loud. Shower was gross. Food awful. Line for waffles and nothing else really. It stocked for breakfast. Toilet overflowed. No one cane to fix it. I won't go back.
Your page advertised pet friendly Hotel
I was charged 250 dollars For pet fee I mistakenly left a bowl for my pet in the room Kayak Misrepresented in their page the Hotel ! I will Not Use This site Anymore !!
Location was okay.
The place smelled like an ashtray. The room did not seem remodeled. It felt old and gross. Luckily there was very little time spent there. I do not recommend this hotel. The one next door looked much nicer even from the outside.
Stiff greeting and no real directions. Room had heavy smoke smell. Front desk said they would send someone to spray but I declined and asked for different room. I was accommodated. The next room had a drawer on the bedside table that wouldn't close and clearly got in the way of getting into bed. The front send a nice man to put tape on which was acceptable to me. i don't think I'd stay here again.
okay-ish. Wouldn't stay here again...
Good location. Close to down town and easy to access from Interstate
Terrible price for the room (jacked up prices for holiday weekend, go figure), very run down. Not impressed at all. Room smelled like cigarettes, not enough parking, we had to park on the complete opposite side of the hotel. Not to mention the train (literally right behind the hotel) that ran all night long, so needless to say it was a very sleepless weekend.
You get what you pay for but in case also train no
Easy access to Flagstaff and the price.
Near the train tracks and they run all night. Thin walls so neighbor noise. Dingy room but surfaces were clean. Not easy to locate room and no directions from staff but "it's in the back".
It was too hot in the room, they did not have the air on and it never cooled off til in the morning when it was time to leave. And there were bugs in the bathroom.
Staff was excellent, very courteous, and made our stay enjoyable. Even the cleaning crew was polite and great to talk to, as well as the front desk.
Good value for the price
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable
No elevators- indicate at reservation if cannot do stairs! Cannot bring breakfast to your room.
Clean, quiet. Decent breakfast.
Beds and pillows poor. Expected better for price charged.
Beautiful and Comfortable
The rooms are gorgeous. Very quiet. Heater/AC worked amazing. Complimentary soaps and shampoos were good quality. Beds are sooooo comfy!
Blow dryer was broken. Called front desk to let them know. Took three tries before reaching anyone. Was told they'd send someone up but 2.5 hours later, no one had come. Tried to call front desk again to no avail. Walked to front desk to cancel so we could go to sleep. Needed to use the laundry. 9:45pm, laundry room locked though the times stated were 6am-11pm. Rooms appeared clean but my daughter dropped her earring and we were crawling on the floor looking for it. There was old kitty litter on the floor in the corners and under the chair and fridge. There was plastic celophane under counter and bed. And old crusty Skittles under the bed! Seems like housekeeping does obvious ares but doesn't try very hard. Wanted to get free breakfast but thought it was served til 10. Only served 6-9am.
