The location was great. It was right off of 95 which was convenient.
We arrived at 1am exhausted. When we got to our room it smelled awful and we realized it was a smoking room which we didn't request. We had to move rooms after speaking to the staff member. We were getting ready to go to bed in the new room and we realized the bathroom door latch was broken so the door didn't close and the dials on the AC unit were not working, but we were tired and had already opened our luggage so we went to bed. As we slept it got hotter and hotter in the room. By morning it was so hot and humid, it was unbearable. In the morning, the housekeepers knocked on our door and entered the room while we were getting ready. They said that according to their record the room was vacant. We left exhausted and very dissatisfied. The staff lady at the front desk said she was sorry, but she couldn't do anything to give us money back since we booked through a third party.
