Pros: No delays!

Cons: I noticed some travellers confused by gate changes, I suspect this is due to a lack of attention on their behalf but clearly the messages hadn't gotten through.

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...

Pros: Crew very very slow serving meal.

Cons: The flight was delayed for almost two hours.

Cons: Don’t put anyone in Row 26, unless it’s free; No view at all.....,

Pros: The entertainment was nice. No need to download app.

Cons: The complimentary snack was nice. We don’t have that in the mainland coast to coast flights. Keep serving it.

Pros: The crew was amazing, and the bula plus seats are worth the money.

Cons: The entertainment on board is very dated and doesn’t have that much to choose from.

Cons: Checkin and gate crew were amazing! It was hard to hear the announcement on the intercom in Apia. Too sound was not clear and precise.
